BENT HOUSE

A gentle vector generates a continuous geometry that allows each space visual connection from the interior to the red rock landforms beyond.

The project melds contemporary language with transitional materials of locality. The arrangement of spaces and their hierarchy are exposed by volume and strategic glazing. The exterior of the structure glides on the landscape, almost in a prepared state, ready for take-off. In turn, the interior benefits from its shell through framed views as the beautiful landscape is pulled inward and supports everyday living.
