Located near Paramount Studios and Larchmont Village, Manhattan Co-living is unlike the traditional multi-family building that lack essential amenities and a sense of community. With 10 units, there are a total of 36 bedrooms, each with their own private bath. Amenities include a split level roof deck, rec room at the roof, as well as City Lift mechanical parking infrastructure for the 16 Zipcars that are designed into the building amenity for tenant use only.
